The St. George's public Golf Course
was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is a par 62; 4.043 yard course.
The course is located on Bermuda's east end and is within easy walking
distance of the historic
Town of St George. The links range along hillsides with
imposing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Wind velocity will be an
important factor in your game. On an island known for its windy
courses, this is the most exposed to the elements. On a couple
of the par 3s, for instance, you may need anything from a nine iron to
a driver to reach the green. You'll need concentration, proper
club selection and, finally, very careful shot selection.
